Best For: Women seeking growth through challenge—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Expansion

Minimum Fitness Level: 7/10
Duration: 5+ days
Distance: Over 30 miles with rugged terrain, and long climbs
Experience Required: Previous backpacking required; application & training plan mandatory
Key Features:

  • Multi-day immersive backcountry challenge

  • Advanced coaching + ritual and integration work

  • Deep solo reflection and emotional release
